Epic’s Shannon Dominianni Discovers That We Stand Behind Our Motto

Working for Epic…… as a mom of a special needs child, I have worked with homecare companies in the past and I am continually impressed with Epic’s commitment to meet and provide care to our patients.   I am also an Epicteam member and as such I can proudly say our nurses are happy too. I was transferred to Epic from another company not really knowing what to expect and after a couple of months,  we decided to ask a few of our nurses how they felt.

Here is what they had to say…..

“ I have been a nurse with Epic for 7 years. I’ve experienced a good working dynamic with the company and with Shannon as our lead CSC and case coordinator. She has proven to me that she is caring and seeks the best interest for her patients and her nurses. Keep up the good work.” ~ Elizabeth B.

“I have been working with Shannon for a while and with Epic Health Services, and I find her a true and dedicated worker with Epic Healthcare. She is good communicator and maintains very timely communication with all nurses and the clients under her care. She has the interest for her nurses especially providing then with good information. I personally find her a true and dedicated worker. ~ Gerard F.

“I truly have to say that it has been a pleasure working with Shannon at Epic.  They are very professional as well as caring. It shows in how they go above and beyond when working with nurses and families to make sure that all needs are met and everything goes as smoothly as possible.” ~ Chris E.

“I have worked with Shannon for years prior to the buyout of MSN Homecare and during this time, Epic in the position of staffing coordinator to supervisor of staffing.   She is a hard worker, competent and there when you need her. She handles changes well and is a flexible person when working with both nurses and clients needs to be filled.   During the stressful time of the buyout and my client’s hospitalization at the same time, she was there to find me fill in shifts and answer my many questions about the changeover in policies. Then when my client returned home she was informed and had the schedule in order so that my patient and I both had the hours we needed.” ~ Cassie D.

“My name is Adina C. and I’m an LPN with Epic.  My patient was transferred to Epic and chose me to stay with my patient before, during and after the transition.   Overall the it was very smooth and Shannon answered all of my questions and made this whole process less scary. I enjoy working for a company that not only takes great care of their patients but make their nurses feel important too!” ~ Adina C.

Guess those statements prove, “Epic Quality, Epic Service… Epic Care.”
