Francesca Soda, SLPA, graduated from Central Michigan University with a dual degree in communication disorders and psychology. She relocated to Texas from Michigan and started working at Epic not long after her move. She is currently a speech-language pathology assistant with our branch in Katy, Texas.
“I chose to work in the pediatric home health sector because I wanted that one-on-one experience, and I wanted to educate the families and the kiddos,” said Francesca.
“If I could pass on any advice to anyone who is considering a career in speech therapy, it would be to be patient,” Francesca stated. “This is a field where progress may take time, but the smallest improvement can be extremely rewarding.”
